At the time of legal downloading or illegal on Internet and of uglobalization, the artists propose and put new questions concerning the intellectual property of their own works.
This exhibition, near to Internet of Open Source and the Wikipedia culture, questions the intellectual property.
It is a question starting from this device of leading a reflexion on the circulation of works videos and of inviting the public ones with new fashions of appropriation.

The videos will be for certain of enter they, presented on a beamer, on old monitors or an a video-overhead projector.

During the documenta 5 in Kassel in 1972, the curator was Harald Szeemann, Seth Siegelaub with presented one « contract for the préservation of thr rights of the artists on his own Works », this text established by the New Yorker lawyer Bob Projansky, after long discussions and correspondences with Seth Siegelaub. This contract is in German, English and French, it is represented for the 1st time since 1972.
